Grace Ho is an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and People & Culture Advisor with 20+ years’ experience working across five continents. Her recent work includes facilitating top-team journeys for Fortune 50 executives, coaching C-suite leaders including startup and non-profit CEOs, helping families navigate complex governance questions, and leading multi-client leadership programs.
Across individuals, teams, organizations, and families, the throughline of Grace’s work is the same: helping people have the conversations they may not otherwise have. Sometimes that means naming feelings in a conflict or helping a team surface unnamed dynamics affecting their effectiveness. Oftentimes, the harder conversation is the one we have with ourselves — befriending a part of ourselves we would rather reject or questioning a long-held assumption. Grace creates the safety, challenge, and spaciousness for these conversations to unfold.
Earlier in her career, Grace spent more than a decade at McKinsey, advising organizations on topics such as strategy, growth, operations, and capability building. In her final years at the firm, she led Diversity and Inclusion across Asia, shaping and implementing initiatives across 16 countries. These experiences means that, while Grace works deeply in the personal and relational realm, she never loses sight of the pragmatic realities of organizational life such as hierarchy, politics, commercial pressures, and difficult tradeoffs.
Grace’s approach draws creatively from multiple disciplines and modalities, including vertical development, systemic constellations, shadow work, somatic practices, indigenous wisdom, and the Enneagram.
She is particularly passionate about advancing leaders from underrepresented backgrounds and has designed developmental experiences for women and people of color. Grace also served on the Advisory Board of Multicultural NSW, advocating for greater cultural inclusion and cohesion in government and society.
Grace holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of New South Wales. She received her Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West and has continued her development through Aletheia Coaching and Leadership Circle Profile certification.
She lives in Sydney with her husband and three children. Her family spent a year worldschooling/digital nomading across seven countries, balancing professional work with personal growth and discovery.
