We meet with the team leader to get clear on initial aspirations for the work and what has transpired up until now. Where helpful, we also meet with the engagement sponsor (typically the CEO or Board) and members of the team to understand what they are hoping to bring to life.
Discover, Design & Co-Create
Through confidential 1:1 interviews, team assessments, team observation and facilitated group conversation, we map the team’s current dynamics and identify what strengthens or blocks performance. This holistic process ensures we see the challenges from all angles, fosters collective buy-in, and allows us to co-create a vision and agreements that move the team forward.
Experiment & Integrate
In real time, the team practices new ways of communicating, making decisions, and building trust.
